The Tigers’s starter Armando Galarraga went 5 innings, allowed 5 hits, one home run and 4 earned runs with 4 walks and one strikeout. Brad Thomas (4.50), Phil Coke (2.54), and Ryan Perry (4.58) also pitched for the Tigers. With the win, Price’s record goes to 15-5, while Galarraga drops to 3-5.
